Every Monday and Wednesday, ongoing, Woods Hole Wellbeing will provide guided meditation from 10:00-10:25am, with the option to stay until 11 for those who would like to. No experience necessary, all are welcome. Pop over for just the first 25 minutes for an easy refresh to ground yourself and open possibilities during the workday, or stay longer if you can.
