Drop-in Guided Meditation

Every Monday and Wednesday, ongoing, Woods Hole Wellbeing is providing guided meditation from 10:00-10:25am, with the option to stay until 11am. No experience necessary, all are welcome. Stop in for an easy 25-min break to nurture yourself and open possibilities, or stay longer if you’d like. Each meditation is shaped for the people who show up, and each has been completely different so far. Free. Space is limited, so please reserve a spot at: https://www.woodsholewellbeing.com/classes.
