Every Monday and Wednesday, ongoing, Woods Hole Wellbeing is providing guided meditation from 10:00-10:25am, with the option to stay until 11am. No experience necessary, all are welcome. Stop in for an easy 25-min break to nurture yourself and open possibilities, or stay longer if you’d like.
