The last time the Eel Pond froze over for skating was 2004, and the last time we saw this much snow fall in Woods Hole was probably the Blizzard of 1978.  That’s right, it has been a tough winter in Woods Hole — with lots of snow, shoveling, ice, below zero temperatures and arctic winds. CASTING CALL – Do You Know Someone Who Should Represent Cape Cod On TV?

Last Chance to See the Woods Hole Theater Company’s production of “Harvey”

Performances November 13-15 at 8:00 PM and November 16 at 2:00 PM, Woods Hole Community Hall Dan Tritle, host of Morning Edition on local NPR station WCAI, plays Elwood P. Dowd the man who sees Harvey, the giant rabbit.  Playing Elwood Dowd has been a long-time ambition of Mr. Tritle.  He said in an recent interview, “I’ve wanted to do a full-fledged production of “Harvey” ever since I first encountered the play three decades ago in a college acting class.  At the time, we did three scenes of the play; I was Elwood P.
