Woods Hole Science Stroll 2017

On Saturday, August 12, from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., the nonprofit organizations of Woods Hole have joined together to present a free public day of interactive science along Water Street. Explore science on the streets of Woods Hole and an get up close view of a working research vessel and a Coast Guard rescue boat. WHOI Ocean Science Exhibit Center Extends August Hours

The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) Ocean Science Exhibit Center is extending its hours to include Sundays during the month of August. “We’re pleased to be able to increase our hours to include another weekend day so that more visitors to Woods Hole have the opportunity to discover what’s happening in the world’s ocean and learn more about WHOI science and engineering through our exhibits and programs,” said Ocean Science Exhibit Center Manager Kathy Patterson.
